Speakers are asked to upload their presentations in PowerPoint or PDF during the breaks before the sessions begin.
Assistance will be provided to assist the speakers.
INVITED: The total time for your presentation is 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.
ORAL: The total time for your presentation is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.
Instructions for Poster Presenters
Posters must be in A0 portrait format and will be posted on the boards in the poster session areas.
Poster presenters are expected to bring the printed poster and place it on the poster board prior to the start of the poster session. The following equipment will be provided by the organizer:
